Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Comfort Senior Care ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Comfort Senior Care provides in-home care, assisted living referrals, memory care, skilled nursing, companionship, and related senior care services. The specific services provided will be outlined in your individual care agreement.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults seeking care for themselves or for family members requiring senior care assistance. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Care Services Agreement
Prior to beginning care services, you will receive a separate Care Services Agreement that outlines:
- Specific services to be provided
- Schedule and hours of care
- Rates and payment terms
- Cancellation policies
- Rights and responsibilities of all parties
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your Care Services Agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled care visits. Please refer to your Care Services Agreement for specific cancellation terms.
Our Caregivers
All caregivers are employees or contractors of Comfort Senior Care who have passed comprehensive background checks and training requirements. You agree not to directly hire our caregivers for a period of one year after the termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Comfort Senior Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Comfort Senior Care, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.
Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
HIPAA Compliance

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
